Consorcio Qutub Minar · International partner for industrial supply control

Industrial supply control: made far away, received where you need it, secured by CQM.

We secure industrial supplies of any kind: we validate the engineering, audit the factories, control quality and track every shipment through to receipt on site.

An international supply passes through many hands: factory, packing, port, carrier, customs, transport and yard. At every unverified handover, material, time or money is lost.

of companies that monitor their direct suppliers can see risks beyond that first tier.

Margin recovered

Less spare material, fewer urgent replacements and less rework.

Errors stopped at origin

They are corrected before the container is sealed, while it is still cheap.

Schedule protected

Early warnings in fabrication, shipping and customs.

We started in power infrastructure, where one missing piece stops a whole project. That same rigour applies to any industrial product or material.

Frequently asked questions

What kinds of supplies do you control?

Industrial products and materials manufactured abroad: steel structures, electrical equipment, machinery, piping and valves, cables and conductors, machined components and construction materials. We started in power infrastructure and apply the same method to other sectors.

Which countries do you work in?

We have controlled manufacturing in China, India, Türkiye, Italy, France and Brazil, with deliveries in Colombia, Peru, Chile, Panama, Paraguay, Honduras, the Dominican Republic, Australia and the Philippines. Our offices are in Cajicá, Colombia, and Miami, United States.

When is the best time to bring you in?

From the contract. Validating the engineering and the specifications before fabrication is the point where a correction costs the least. We can also join later: at the factory audit, quality control, pre-shipment or receipt on site. The scope adapts to each project.

How do I follow the progress of my supply?

On our platform, which you can open whenever you want. It holds the tasks, the milestones, the inspections with their photo evidence, the shipments on the map and the documents. In the field, every loading and unloading is recorded from a phone.

What do I receive at the end of each control?

A deliverable you can verify: drawings approved for fabrication, manufacturer assessed, lot released, packing list approved, loading certified with a photo record, shipment traceability and certified delivery on site.

What results have you achieved?

In infrastructure projects in Colombia, the Philippines and Chile between 2017 and 2019, shortages were 0.03% of the material supplied, against 1.054% in the previous period. We have controlled 475,000 tonnes and work under ISO 9001:2015.
